1. Product overview
The full name of MNSI switchgear is MNSI type low-voltage withdrawable switchgear.
The design of MNSI switchgear was imported from Germany and is ABB's global standard project for more than 40 years. This low-voltage withdrawable switchgear has been widely used by power users.
This equipment conforms to the International Electrotechnical Commission IEC439-1 "low-voltage switchgear and control equipment", China's GB7251-1997 "low-voltage switchgear and control equipment", China's national standards and machinery industry association JB/T9661-1999 standard content, and in line with CQC's CCC national compulsory certification standard.
2. Product use
As the control of power generation, transmission and distribution, power conversion and energy consumption equipment, and through the capacitor compensation cabinet for reactive power compensation of its main busbar.
3. Environmental conditions of product use
(1) The ambient air temperature is not higher than +40 °C, not less than -5 °C, and its average temperature is not higher than +35 °C within 24h.

本開(kāi)關(guān)柜由于引進(jìn)了ABB的先進(jìn)技術(shù),并在其原有的基礎(chǔ)上加以技術(shù)改進(jìn),使其更符合我國(guó)國(guó)情,柜體采用25mm為模數(shù)的C型材通過(guò)連接件來(lái)組成各種得 以滿足各種需求的柜架結(jié)構(gòu)和抽屜單元,在MCC柜中大量采用高強(qiáng)度的阻燃型工程塑料組件,使其安全性能更可靠,同時(shí)加之將國(guó)外的功能版加以改型,以 200mm為模數(shù)加以組合,使其更有利于PC柜與MCC柜混裝柜體的設(shè)計(jì)需求,抽出單元與柜體具有可靠聯(lián)鎖裝置,以防止在開(kāi)關(guān)通電狀態(tài)下帶負(fù)荷拉閘,提高 了其安全性,另外該柜體一般均采用冷軋鋼板進(jìn)行鈍化處理后組裝而成,也可根據(jù)用戶的不同需求采用敷鋁鋅銅板。
1.開(kāi)關(guān)柜類型
a.受電、母聯(lián)柜
b.動(dòng)力中心柜(PC):采用國(guó)內(nèi)外的各種類型的框架式斷路器如AH、CW1、AE、RMW1、ME系列斷路器進(jìn)行配電。
c.電動(dòng)機(jī)控制中心柜(MCC):由大小抽屜組裝而成,各回路主開(kāi)關(guān)采用高分?jǐn)嗄芰Φ乃軞嗦菲骰蛐D(zhuǎn)式帶熔斷器的負(fù)荷開(kāi)關(guān)。

3.2柜體分區(qū)設(shè)計(jì)
MCC柜根據(jù)需要可組成單面操作或雙面操作柜,每一柜體又固定分割成三個(gè)小室。即主母線室、電器室和電纜室。
3.3安全保護(hù)系統(tǒng)
每柜設(shè)有一塊阻燃型的高密度聚氨酯塑料功能板,或經(jīng)過(guò)電鍍的隔板安裝在主母線室與電器室之間,其作用為有效防止開(kāi)關(guān)元件因故障引起的飛弧與母線之間短路造成的事故使操作更安全。
上下層抽屜之間都有帶有通風(fēng)孔的鍍鋅金屬底版相隔離,較小的8E/4、8E/2抽屜其四周均為阻燃型工程塑料件,對(duì)相鄰回路之間具有較強(qiáng)的絕緣隔離作用。
柜內(nèi)采用了多種塑料組件以支撐帶電部分,這些組件要求是無(wú)鹵素的。并具有CTI300防漏電性能。
3.4母線系統(tǒng)
開(kāi)關(guān)柜可配置二組主母線,安裝在開(kāi)關(guān)柜的后部母線室,二組母線可分別安裝在柜后上部或下部,根據(jù)進(jìn)線需要,上下二組母線可分別采用不同或相同截面的材料。 二者既可單獨(dú)供電,也可并聯(lián)供電,也可用作后備電源。配電母線(垂直母線)組裝在阻燃型塑料功能板中,既可防止電弧引起的放電,又能防止人體接觸,通過(guò)特 殊聯(lián)接件與主母線聯(lián)接。
柜內(nèi)設(shè)有獨(dú)立的PE接地系統(tǒng)和N中性導(dǎo)體,二者貫穿整個(gè)裝置,安裝在柜前底部及右側(cè),個(gè)回路接地或接零都可就近聯(lián)接。整個(gè)母線系統(tǒng)安裝見(jiàn)圖三所示??蚣芙Y(jié)構(gòu)件采用自攻螺釘聯(lián)接,具有較高的接地可靠性。
3.5抽屜的電氣和機(jī)械聯(lián)鎖
抽屜單元由可靠的機(jī)械連鎖裝置,通過(guò)操作手柄控制,具有明顯的準(zhǔn)備,合閘、試驗(yàn)、抽出和隔離位置。為加強(qiáng)安全防范,操作手柄定位后可加上掛鎖,最多可加三把鎖。
