The full name of TSPS(R) distribution box is TSPS(R) series lighting distribution box. TSPS(R) distribution box is fully absorbing the latest design concepts in the industry and extensive market research, based on the International Electrotechnical Commission IEC493-1 research and development.
This equipment complies with the International Electrotechnical Commission IEC439-1 "low-voltage switchgear and control equipment device", China's GB7251-1997 "low-voltage switchgear and control equipment device", and CQC's CCC national compulsory certification content.
2. Product use
As a 500V voltage of 50-60Hz, the load current is not more than 100A single-phase and three-phase power, lighting, motor circuit control, overload, leakage and short circuit protection.
3. Environmental conditions of product use
(1) The installation height of the TSPS (R) distribution box does not exceed 2500 meters above sea level;
(2) The temperature of the surrounding medium does not exceed 40° and is not less than -20°;
(3) The annual average relative temperature of air is not more than 90%;
(4) Places without obvious severe vibration, shock and bumps;
(5) There is no place with no explosion hazard, and there is no gas and conductive dust in the medium that is sufficient to corrode the metal and destroy the insulation.
This equipment is suitable for large buildings, high-rise buildings, hospitals, theaters, stadiums, underground facilities, industrial and mining enterprises, etc., as a 50-60Hz 500V voltage below, load current is not more than 100A single-phase and three-phase power, lighting, motor circuit control, overload, leakage and short circuit protection.
1. TSPS (R) distribution box shell is composed of 1.0mm thick high-quality galvanized steel plate bending spot welding, sprayed with beautiful color powder coating, with ABS plastic face frame and transparent face cover for the components in the observation box, beautiful and generous shape, the upper and lower sides of the shell are punched with knock-out holes, so that the entry and exit line can be up and out, can also go up and down, the protection level reaches IP20.
2. TSPS(R) distribution box can be installed with MG, ABB, Siemens and other series of miniature circuit breakers with a module of 18mm. The unique connection between the mounting rail and the holding and the housing allows the mounting rail to rotate together with the circuit breaker. This structure makes the wiring of the user very convenient, and reduces the volume of the distribution box and reduces costs.

4. The IP rating of this device is IP40, and the IP scheme can be changed as needed.

The standard specifications of TSPS (R) distribution box box are 7 bits, 10 bits, 12 bits, 16 bits, 20 bits, each single-pole switch occupies one bit, bipolar leakage switch occupies four bits, four-stage leakage switch occupies eight bits, outside this range according to non-standard production.
